• The FIRST FLOOR offers a newly-furnished ARCADE GAME ROOM that can easily be closed off from the main living space. Enjoy the PS4 gaming console with 4 controllers, 2 motion sticks, VR games, and themed gaming chairs. Or try your skill at one of the two classic ARCADE gaming systems, loaded with multiple games that appeal to all ages!
• The kitchen/dining area creates the perfect space for socializing with others in your group. With counter seating for four and table seating for 10, there is plenty of room to gather and share a meal or have a family game night!
• From the kitchen/dining area, move outside to the enclosed private lanai and pool. Relax poolside in comfortable Adirondack chairs or use the complimentary smoker/grill to get started on dinner.

• All bedrooms have been furnished with their own unique Disney themes, creating a fun and engaging environment for your group. Ceiling fans and extra pillows/blankets are available in each room.

ACCESSING THE PROPERTY
One week prior to your arrival you will receive an email with your door code, a gate pass, and some tips to help your arrival go smoothly.
Although we are not on-site, we are always available through text, email, or cell phone throughout your stay.
** Other things to note
• PARKING - Our driveway can easily accommodate 2 mid-sized vehicles or 3-4 small vehicles. Street parking is available in front of our house for up to 2 additional vehicles. A complimentary overflow parking lot is available at the main clubhouse.
• POOL HEAT - During the cooler season, we recommend adding pool/spa heat. There is a nominal charge of $35 per day to add the heat.
